Payment options
- Credit card: Accepted for payments under $60,000. For invoices over $60,000, payment must be made via electronic check.
- Electronic check payment: May require authorization from your financial institution.
- Not accepted: Paper checks and EFT payments will not be processed.
Reconciliation information
Insurance carriers with an NAIC CoCode can obtain a Company Appointment Report (CAR) to review appointments with the state insurance division before renewal invoices are created.
Terminations can be processed through the Interactive Appointment and Termination Application.
