Florida - Hurricane Helene Update
The state of Florida has declared a state of emergency for 61 counties in the state.
The Emergency Adjuster Application is now available for Florida-licensed insurance companies and independent adjusting firms through their Appointing Entity MyProfile account. Instructions and access to MyProfile are found on the Emergency Adjuster Qualifications page.
Inquiries related to the status of a previously submitted request must be emailed directly to the state at: AgentLicensing@MyFloridaCFO.com. Florida is responding as quickly as possible to inquiries; please do not email the same question multiple times as it will only cause further delays for everyone.
New Mexico - LICENSING EXAMINATION UPDATE
Effective August 27th, Prometric will no longer administer the New Mexico Insurance Examinations. If you are currently scheduled beyond August 26th, Prometric will be canceling your appointment and issuing a refund.
PSI has been selected to administer Licensing Examinations for New Mexico effective August 27, 2024. OSI is working closely with PSI to finalize this transition. Testing will be temporarily unavailable. Scheduling will be available October 21, 2024. Seating will begin October 31, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

CCR has been redesigned and is now easier to use than ever. Drag and drop is gone, replaced with a streamlined change process. Additional information is posted on the Contact Change Request Walk Thru help page.
Phishing Email- Invoice Payment
Today NIPR became aware of a phishing email targeting NIPR customers. If you receive an email about a past due invoice with NIPR and the sender does not have a @nipr.com, @naic.org or @stripe.com, domain please contact niprbililngdept@nipr.com. This incident has been reported to our Security Team. Do not attempt to submit any payment through the links in this email. Please contact niprbillingdept@nipr.com with any additional questions.
North Dakota - Paperless Notice
Beginning November 1, 2024, the North Dakota Insurance Department’s Producer Licensing Division will go paperless. All correspondence sent from the Licensing Division will be distributed via email, only. This includes courtesy renewal reminders as well as informational emails for new and renewing licensees.

Governor Henry McMaster declared a state of emergency due to the effects of Hurricane Helene. The Department has opened the Emergency Adjuster permitting process on the SC DOI Online Services page.
