NIPR's Licensing Center is a one-stop resource with everything you need to know about obtaining, renewing and managing producer and adjuster licenses through NIPR.
For emergency, unlicensed adjusters, Kentucky doesn't issue a “license.” The applicant will provide their information to the insurance company who is contracting with them, and the insurance company submits their “registration” through KY eServices. Only insurance companies may use and register unlicensed adjusters. These emergency adjusters are not viewable on PDB, but only through the insurance company eServices account.
Otherwise, the adjuster may apply through NIPR for staff, independent, or public adjuster as usual.
