NIPR LAUNCHES NEW CHAT FEATURE

KANSAS CITY, MO – The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) has provided its customers with an additional way to get fast, accurate information about producer licensing. NIPR has launched a chat feature on NIPR’s website. NIPR customers can now receive assistance through an interactive chat tool, powered by Amazon Web Services, that uses technology to respond to frequently requested information. This new chat feature provides an instant, virtual support option for customers in addition to telephone and email.
“The new chat tool offers a more personalized level of service, provides customers quick access to information and allows NIPR’s customer support team members to simultaneously assist customers through multiple channels,” said NIPR CEO, Karen Stakem Hornig.
The new chat tool is now available on nipr.com and will soon be available within NIPR’s licensing applications.
