NIPR ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD MEMBER

KANSAS CITY, Mo — The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) is pleased to announce the appointment of its newest board member, Victoria McCarthy. Victoria represents the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) on the NIPR Board of Directors. McCarthy is the Vice President and Head of Regulatory Strategy and Analytics for Farmers Insurance®, where she is responsible for regulatory relationships and strategy, identification of new laws and regulation, and regulatory reporting and analytics.

"Victoria's extensive industry insight will help NIPR continue our efforts of providing cost‐effective, streamlined and uniform licensing data and compliance services for insurance professionals," said NIPR CEO Karen Stakem Hornig. McCarthy has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry including roles in Regulatory Affairs, Public Policy, Claims, Operations, Product, Underwriting, and Business Integration. Victoria has a track record of seeking out and adapting quickly to change and building influential networks. She has been instrumental in evolving and driving a culture of excellence and execution within organizations and creating innovative solutions to technical and operational problems.
