Applicant Can
- Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB).
- Submit email changes.
- Submit phone number changes.
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Non Resident Only).
- Submit change to state code of business address (Non Resident Only).
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non Resident Only).
Applicant Cannot
- Track counties.
- Submit DHS contact change request (no resident state license on PDB).
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Residents only).
- Submit change to state code of business address (Residents only).
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (Residents only).
Business Rules
Address must match respective resident/home state license address.
P.O. Boxes are not allowed for business or residence addresses.
P.O. Boxes are allowed for mailing addresses.
