Applicant must be 18 years old or older as determined from the applicant’s date of birth.

Applicants must provide a valid business e-mail.

If the licensee does not renew their Life Settlement Broker license class by the license expiration date, the applicant must reapply through the resident license (RL) application. No late renewals are allowed for this license class.
- Late renewals are allowed if:
- after license expiration date and
- up to 12 months past license expiration date

Late fee will be charged on late renewal transaction for reinstatement of Arkansas license. Excludes Life Settlement Producer license class.

Partial renewals are not allowed. Applicant must renew all lines actively held in Arkansas that are offered electronically through NIPR.

Surplus Lines Producer renewal is not due if obtained after November 1 annually.

Variable product applicants must actively hold variable products in their resident state.

If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via mail, email, or fax.
