Iowa - New Fingerprinting Requirement for Resident Applicants

Beginning May 1, 2025 the Iowa Insurance Division will begin requiring state and federal background checks for resident applicants which will include fingerprinting per Iowa Code 522B.5. Additional information will be provided at www.iid.iowa.gov as it becomes available.
