Submit Background Questions Supporting Documents

If you answer “Yes” to a background check question, you may be required to upload documents to help explain why. These documents should be uploaded to the Background Questions Supporting Documents (BQSD) section of the Attachment Warehouse.

Things to know

  • The Attachment Warehouse typically holds documents for about 7-10 years, but they can be automatically deleted at any time.

Important: Do not depend on the Attachment Warehouse to store your important documents.
  • Uploads must be in .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, or .pdf formats.
  • Uploads cannot be larger than 10 MB. If your file is larger than 10 MB, break it into smaller files and upload those.
  • Once you upload a document, it cannot be deleted easily and may not be able to be deleted at all.
  • Uploaded documents must be clear and legible.
  • Descriptive file names are recommended. Example: Smith_CourtCase_2019.pdf
