Run a detail report
Individual producers are entitled to one free detail report per year. Detail reports provide data on a single producer, agency or company from all participating jurisdictions and include up-to-date demographic, licensing, appointment and regulatory action (RIRS) information.
Run batch reports
Subscribers can run batch reports by entering producer data in a CSV or as typed entries. Batch reports are delivered in .pdf or .xml format for easy updates and integration into your system.
Set up alerts
Subscribe to set up custom alerts to monitor data updates for individuals and entities in the PDB. Alerts include appointment and termination updates, address changes, license updates and regulatory actions.
Reporting rules
The information contained in the PDB is subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Only entities with a "permissible purpose" will be allowed to access this information. Primary users of the PDB are entities involved in the business of insurance. The primary purpose of the PDB is to facilitate the ability to track pertinent information regarding licensed producers.

NIPR Expands Licensing Services in New York and Washington
