  • Additional Fee: Insurance Producer applicants applying for Property, Casualty, and/or Personal lines LOAs are charged an additional $75 lead paint surcharge fee.
  • Note: Reapplication fee is the same as initial license fee

  • Submit Surplus Lines for individuals.
  • Amend licenses electronically.
  • License printing available electronically.

Applicant Cannot

  • Reinstate/reapply through NIPR's Non-Resident License (NRL) Application.
