Applicant Can

  • Submit renewals for business entities electronically.
  • Late renew through NIPR's Non-Resident Renewal No Home State Application.
  • License printing available electronically.
  • Submit partial renewals.

Applicant Cannot

  • Submit renewals for major lines of authority.
  • Submit renewals for limited lines of authority.

Business Rules

Renewal Periods

  • All License Classes except Utilization Review and Third Party Administrator
    • Starts: Ninety (90) days prior to expiration.
    • Ends:  Expiration date 

Third Party Administrator (TPA)

Renewal period

Starts: Ninety (90) days prior to expiration date; Ends: Annually on September 30th.

Utilization Review

Renewal period

Starts: Ninety (120) days prior to expiration date; Ends: Annually before license expiration date.
