Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit renewals for individuals electronically.
- Submit partial renewals allowed.
- Late renew through NIPR's Non-Resident Renewal No Home State Application.
- Print license electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit renewals for major lines of authority.
- Submit renewals for limited lines of authority.
Business Rules
Applicant must not have an active resident state license on PDB in any state.
Applicant's (active or inactive) AZ license must not have the following status reasons:
- Surrendered
- Suspended
- Revoked
- Deceased
- Refuse to Renew
- Military
- Inactive- DIFI Staff
- Inactive- Relocation
All instances of phone number must be a valid 10 digit phone number.
P.O. Box or PMB (Private Mailbox) cannot be used for either residence or business address.
If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via mail, email, or fax.
Renewal Periods
All License Classes offered through No Home State (NHS) Renewals
Renewal Period Begins: Ninety (90) days prior to expiration date.
Renewal Period Ends: License Expiration Date.
Late Renewal Period: Applicants can late renew for up to one year past the license expiration date.
