Rules and Regulations

Applicant Can

  • Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB).
  • Submit Email Changes.
  • Submit Phone number Changes.
  • Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non-Resident Applicants).
  • Submit change to state code of residence address (Non-Resident Applicants).
  • Submit change to state code of business address (Non-Resident Applicants).
  • Submit change to state code of mailing address (Resident Applicants)

Applicant Cannot

  • Submit change to state code of residence address (Resident Applicants).
  • Submit change to state code of business address (Resident Applicants).

Business Rules

  • P.O. Boxes are allowed for mailing addresses.

  • P.O. Boxes are not allowed for residence or business addresses.

  • Applicants can submit Washington CCR transaction if the license status is Active, Inactive, or Canceled.

  • For resident individual licensee, Applicant must maintain a residence address in Washington.

  • For resident business entity licensee, applicant must maintain a business address in Washington.

  • For non-resident individual licensee, applicant’s residence address must not be in the state of Washington.

  • For non-resident business entity licensee, applicant’s business address must not be in the state of Washington.

  • For non-resident Washington licensee, submitted addresses must match the current addresses for resident/home state on PDB (if applicable) or a transaction must have already been submitted.
