Applicant Can
- Submit initial license for business entities electronically.
- Add lines of authority (amend) to an existing active license.
- Reinstate/reapply through NIPR's No Home State License Application.
- Print license electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit major lines of authority.
- Submit limited lines of authority.
Business Rules
Applicant must not have an active resident state license on PDB in any state.
Applicant must provide a Business address that is not in the state of South Dakota.
At least one ‘Owner’ must be supplied on the application and ownership percentage must total 100%.
Applicant must first renew the license before applying for additional lines/ amending.
The following license classes may reapply one year after license expiration date:
