Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit email changes.
- Submit phone number changes.
- Submit Contact Change Request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB).
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (Resident and Non-Resident).
- Submit change to state code of business address (Resident and Non-Residents).
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Non-Residents only).
Applicant Cannot
- Submit DHS Contact Change Request (no resident state license on PDB).
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Residents only).
Business Rules
P.O. Boxes are not allowed for business or residence addresses.
P.O. Boxes are allowed for mailing addresses.
Applicant's South Carolina license record must be in an active status on PDB before a Contact Change Request (CCR) transaction may be submitted.
