Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit adjuster license renewals for individuals electronically.
- Submit partial renewals.
- Print licenses electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) renewals electronically.
Business Rules
Note: Please allow up to 1-2 business days after application has been approved for license printing availability.
There must be no serious:
- Regulatory Information Retrieval System (RIRS) actions for the applicant since last renewal.
- 1033 actions for the applicant since last renewal.If so, please contact the state for assistance.
Applicant may reapply for license if license is inactive and application date is more than one month past expiration through NRAL.
Applicant with voluntary surrender status reason must reapply through NRAL.
If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via mail, email, or fax.
Renewal Periods

Renewal Period:
- Starts: Ninety (90) days prior to license expiration date.
- Ends: Expiration date.
- Late Renewal Begins:One (1) day after expiration date.
- Late Renewal Ends: One (1) month after expiration date.
