Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit initial license for business entities electronically.
- Reinstate/reapply through NIPR's No Home State Application.
- Print license electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit major lines of authority.
- Submit limited lines of authority.
Business Rules
Applicant must provide a Business address that is not in the state of North Dakota.
Applicant must not already have an active equivalent license for the requested Line(s) of authority in North Dakota.
At least one Owner, Partner, Officer or Director must be entered on the application.
Third Party Administrator requires at least one Owner, Partner, Officer or Director must be entered on the application.
Pharmacy Benefit Manager applicants must submit Evidence of financial responsibility by way of a Bond in the amount of 1 Million and UCAA Form 12 (Uniform Consent to Service of Process). Supporting documents can be submitted via the NIPR's Attachments Warehouse.
