Applicant Can
- Submit adjuster for individuals electronically.
- Submit adjuster for business entities electronically.
- Submit Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) electronically.
- Print licenses electronically.

- Submit partial renewals.
Business Rules
Applicant must hold an active renewable license in New Hampshire.
Applicants with a status reason of revoked or suspended will not be allowed to apply electronically.
If applicant is submitting Adjuster Designated Home State renewal, the applicant will not be permitted to change the Designated Home State to or from New Hampshire.
Applicant may select New Hampshire as Adjuster Designated Home State while renewing their Non Resident New Hampshire license, only if New Hampshire is currently listed as the Designated Home State on PDB.
Continuing Education must be completed 60 days prior to license expiration to avoid penalty fees.
Failure to renew by the license expiration date will result in cancellation of your license and appointments. To reinstate after expiration: a new adjuster application and fee of $150 will be required, per RSA: 400-A:29 ($75 License fee +$75 late fee). Process reinstatements at www.nipr.com, select "APPLY for LICENSE". Do not select Renew.
Applicants cannot update their addresses via the renewal application. A Separate Contact Change must be filed prior to submitting a renewal application.
If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse.
Renewal Periods
Adjuster: For those adjusters licensed prior to 2020, New Hampshire will be transitioning to birth month cycle when they come up for renewal. First grouping are those expiring 10/1/20 and the 2nd and final group are the ones expiring 10/1/21.
- Non-resident adjusters without a resident license or who do not wish to declare a designated home state are to renew online at State Based Systems
- If applicant is using New Hampshire as the Designated Home State they must be CE compliant. If CE is completed after CE compliance period (8/1) but before expiration (10/1) and license renewed prior to expiration then a $25 late CE fee will be added to the renewal fee.
