- Submit renewal applications for business entities electronically.
- Print licenses electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit major lines of authority.
Business Rules
General Requirements
- Applicants must not hold an active resident producer license in any state. Applicants with an active resident license must renew through the NIPR Non-Resident Renewal application instead of the No Home State Renewal application.
- If you answer "Yes" to any background question on the Uniform Application, submit supporting documentation electronically through the NIPR Attachments Warehouse.
Renewal Eligibility
- Business entities with a license status of Inactive must submit a new No Home State initial application.
Motor Club
- Business entity Motor Club applications are to be submitted by Motor Clubs only. Business entity Motor Club licenses are not issued to business entities selling on behalf of a Motor Club.
