Applicant Can

  • Submit renewal applications for business entities electronically.
  • Print licenses electronically.

Applicant Cannot

  • Submit major lines of authority.

Business Rules

  • General Requirements

    • Applicants must not hold an active resident producer license in any state. Applicants with an active resident license must renew through the NIPR Non-Resident Renewal application instead of the No Home State Renewal application.
    • If you answer "Yes" to any background question on the Uniform Application, submit supporting documentation electronically through the NIPR Attachments Warehouse.
  • Renewal Eligibility

    • Business entities with a license status of Inactive must submit a new No Home State initial application.
  • Motor Club

    • Business entity Motor Club applications are to be submitted by Motor Clubs only. Business entity Motor Club licenses are not issued to business entities selling on behalf of a Motor Club.

Begins ninety (90) days prior to the license expiration date. Ends the day after the license expiration date.

After expiration, applicants must submit a new No Home State initial application.
