Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit initial license applications for individuals electronically.
- Print licenses electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Apply for major and limited lines of authority (LOA).
Business Rules
No Home State Eligibility: Applicants must not hold an active resident producer license in any state. Applicants with an active resident license are not eligible for a No Home State license.
Background Documentation: Applicants required to submit supporting documentation, including proof of U.S. citizenship or background documentation, must upload it through the NIPR Attachment Warehouse.
Motor Club: Applications must be submitted by the affiliated Motor Club. A Motor Club agent license will not be issued to an individual who is not affiliated with a Motor Club.
