- Print licenses electronically.

Business Rules
General Requirements
- Applicants must not hold an active resident producer license in any state. Applicants with an active resident license are not eligible for a No Home State license.
- At least one owner, officer, partner, or director must be listed on the application.
If you answer "Yes" to any background question on the Uniform Application, submit supporting documentation electronically through the NIPR Attachments Warehouse.
Motor Club
Business entity Motor Club applications are to be submitted by Motor Clubs only. Business entity Motor Club licenses are not issued to business entities selling on behalf of a Motor Club.
Supplemental Documentation
- Motor Club: No supplemental documentation is required at the time of application unless specifically requested by the Massachusetts Division of Insurance.
Renewals/Reinstatements
- Motor Club licenses are not eligible for late renewal. Once the license expires, applicants must submit a new initial application.
