Applicant must not have an active resident license in Kansas.

Business Entity Licensees must reapply (by submitting a new application) immediately following the license expiration date. There is no Late Renewal Period.
Each Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) listed on the application must be actively licensed in Kansas (resident or non-resident) as an Insurance Producer.
PO Boxes and Private Mailboxes (PMB) are only permitted in the mailing address field.
Applicants with a status reason of Voluntary Surrender are not eligible for renewal and are required to reapply through initial licensing application.
