Applicant Can
- Submit adjuster for individuals electronically.
- Reinstate a license electronically.
- Print licenses electronically.
Business Rules
Applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older as determined from the applicant's date of birth.
Applicant must not have an active resident license in Kansas.
If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse.
Public Adjuster - Limited to First Party Claims on only Commercial Lines Policies applicants have a one-year late renewal period following license expiration date where applications are submitted through Non-Resident Adjuster Renewal (NRAR) application. After one year following license expiration date applicant will submit through Non-Resident Adjuster Licensing (NRAL) application.
Individual applicants must supply a resident address that is not in Kansas. If residence is in Kansas, the transaction will be declined.
PO Boxes and Private mailboxes (PMB) are only permitted in the mailing address field.
Kansas does not require or track affiliations.
Applicants with a status reason of Revoked cannot reapply for a period of two years from the data the license was revoked.
Applicants with a status reason of Voluntary Surrender must reapply as a new applicant regardless of expiration date.
