Business Rules

  • P.O. Boxes are allowed for mailing address only.

  • Applicant's Illinois license record must be on PDB before completing a contact change request (CCR) transaction. This state requires that the addresses for non-resident licenses match those of the state in which the resident license is held.

  • Insurance producers holding a non-resident license in this state can make changes to the state of an address from what is on file, only when the address is copied from the insurance producer's primary resident state. However, the address being copied must already be on file in the primary resident state, or it must have the same state as the address on file in the primary resident state.
