Applicant Can
- Submit adjuster for individuals electronically.
- Submit Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) electronically.
- Reinstate a license electronically.
- Add lines of authority to an existing active license electronically.
- Print licenses electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit adjuster for business entities electronically.
Business Rules
Georgia Department of Insurance requires every applicant to verify proof of lawful presence in the United States by submitting a signed, notarized copy of the Citizenship Affidavit Form and a copy of one secure and verifiable identification document via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse.
If applicant responds "yes" to any of the background questions supporting documents must be electronically uploaded via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse.
Applicant must be eighteen (18) years old.
