Apply for a license
To apply for a license in Idaho, visit LicenseHub.
If you can’t apply for the lines for which you have qualified, contact the state to verify that they have received the exams and any necessary pre-licensing education completion information. Also ensure that they have reported this to NIPR with the correct last name, social security number and date of birth.
Renew a license
To renew a license in Idaho, visit LicenseHub.
If you can’t renew a particular line offered via NIPR, verify that the line is actively held in your resident state. If the line is not held, you cannot request that line via NIPR.

Cancel a line of authority with affidavit – individuals & entities: Use the Cancellation of a Line of Authority form.

For changes related to affiliations or Designated Responsible License Producers (DRLPs), visit the LicenseHub.
Report changes to Owners, Officers, Partners or Directors
To report changes to Owners, Partners, Officers and Directors, complete the Change of Officer Notification form on the Idaho DOI website. Use the Submit button at the bottom of the form or email the completed form to Agent@DOI.Idaho.gov.
