Apply for a license

To apply for a license in Arkansas, visit LicenseHub.
If you can’t apply for the lines for which you have qualified, contact the state to verify that they have received the exams and any necessary pre-licensing education completion information. Also ensure that they have reported this to NIPR with the correct last name, social security number and date of birth.

Renew a license

To renew a license in Arkansas, visit LicenseHub.

If you can’t renew a particular line offered via NIPR, verify that the line is actively held in your resident state. If the line is not held, you cannot request that line via NIPR.

Cancel or surrender a line of authority

To surrender a license or delete a line of authority, complete the License Surrender form. Submit the completed form to the email or mailing address listed on the form.

Report changes to Affiliations or Designated Responsible Licensed Producers

For changes related to affiliations or Designated Responsible Licensed Producers (DRLPs), visit the Producer Management page on the AID website.

Report changes to Owners, Officers, Partners or Directors

Email changes to Owners, Officers, Partners or Directors to Insurance.License@Arkansas.gov.

Understand residency type changes

To update your residency, complete the Change from Nonresident to Resident form. Submit the completed form to the email or mailing address at the bottom of this page.
