Required for license renewals

When you renew your license, you’ll need to provide:

  • License number or National Producer Number (if previously licensed)
  • Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Date of birth (individuals)
  • Applicant, licensee, license, residency type
  • Electronic payment method: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, electronic check

A National Producer Number (NPN) is a unique NAIC identifier assigned during the licensing application process. NPNs are assigned to individuals and business entities in the Producer Database (PDB).
