The Citizenship Affidavit Form and a copy of one secure and verifiable identification document must be uploaded via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse.

Online printing information can be found by going to NIPR's license print page and selecting the state.

If changing from GA Resident to nonresident or nonresident to Resident of GA - applicant must apply accordingly for the appropriate license.

One Year

For unlicensed O/O/P/Ds, please complete the affiliations form for unlicensed individuals and follow instructions to email for processing.
For licensed O/O/P/Ds, please update licensed individuals at Sircon at Maintain Agency Associations.

Complete the Voluntary Surrender form and follow the instructions to email for processing.
