Applicant Can

  • Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB)
  • Submit Email Changes
  • Submit Phone number Changes
  • Submit change to state code of residence address (Non Resident Only)
  • Submit change to state code of business address (Non Resident Only)
  • Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non Resident Only)

Applicant Cannot

  • Submit change to state code of residence address (Resident Only)
  • Submit change to state code of business address (Resident Only)
  • Submit change to state code of mailing address (Resident Only)

Business Rules

  • P.O. Boxes are allowed for mailing addresses only.

  • Each licensee shall, within 30 days, notify the commissioner in writing of any change of residence, mailing address, and/or business address.

  • Submitted residence address must match residence address for resident/home state license of a CCR for resident/home state license must be submitted concurrently.

  • Address, email, and phone changes may also be sent to WI directly via email at ociagentlicensing@wisconsin.gov.
