Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB).
- Submit Email Changes.
- Submit Phone number Changes.
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Non Resident Only).
- Submit change to state code of business address (Non Resident Only).
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non Resident Only).
Applicant Cannot
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Resident Only).
- Submit change to state code of business address (Resident Only).
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (Resident Only).
Business Rules
Individuals: A P.O. Box is permitted for both the mailing address and the business address.
Business Entities: A P.O. Box is permitted for the mailing address only. A physical address is required for the business address.
Each licensee shall, within 30 days, notify the commissioner in writing of any change of residence, mailing address, and/or business address.
Submitted residence address must match residence address for resident/home state license of a CCR for resident/home state license must be submitted concurrently.
Address, email, and phone changes may also be sent to WI directly via email at ociagentlicensing@wisconsin.gov.
