Rules and Regulations

Applicant Can

Submit adjuster for individuals electronically.
Submit to reinstate a license electronically.
Print licenses electronically.

Applicant Cannot

Submit adjuster for business entities electronically.
Submit Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) electronically.
Submit to add lines of authority to an existing active license electronically.

Business Rules

Applicant must be eighteen (18) years old or older as determined from the applicant's date of birth.
Applicant's resident and/or mailing address must not be in the Virginia jurisdiction.
Phone and fax numbers provided cannot begin with the number (1).

After your license has been issued, you may obtain a copy of your license through Sircon, the state's license printing vendor.
Please note that Sircon charges a fee to obtain or print a copy of your license.
