Applicant Can
- Submit name and contact change requests for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB).
- Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB).
- Submit DHS contact change request (no resident state license on PDB).
- Submit Email Changes.
- Submit Phone number Changes.
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Non-residents only).
- Non- Resident Licensees: Submit change to state code of business address (Non-residents only).
- Non- Resident Licensees: Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non-residents only).
Applicant Cannot
- Resident Licensees: Accepts change to state code of residence address (Residents only).
- Resident Licensees: Accepts change to state code of business address (Residents only).
- Resident Licensees: Accepts change to state code of mailing address (Residents only).
Business Rules
P.O. Box not allowed for residence and business address.
P.O. Box allowed for mailing address.
Applicant’s Rhode Island license record must be in active or expired status on PDB.
Rhode Island does not track counties.
Address must match respective resident/home state license address.
