Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit renewals for business entities electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit renewals for major lines of authority.
- Submit renewals for limited lines of authority.
- Submit late renew through NIPR's Non-Resident Renewal No Home State Application.
- Submit partial renewals allowed.
Business Rules
Applicant must provide a Business address that is not in the state of North Dakota.
Applicant must not have an active resident state license on PDB in any state.
Applicant must have an active equivalent license for the requested Line(s) of Authority in North Dakota.
Partial renewals are not allowed. All active lines must be renewed.
