  • All fees are charged per application.
    • $50 fee added to renewals changing a Designated Responsible Producer. This change must be done directly through New Hampshire Dept of Insurance.

Rules and Regulations

Applicant Can

  • Submit renewals for business entities electronically.
  • Print licenses electronically.

Applicant Cannot

  • Submit renewals for major lines of authority.
  • Late renew through NIPR's Resident License Renewal Application.
  • Submit partial renewals.

Business Rules

  • Business address must not be P.O. Box.

  • At least one (1) Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) must be provided on the application and have an active resident or non-resident license in New Hampshire.

  • The DRLPs provided must cumulatively cover the lines of authority (LOAs) on the application.

  • Insurance Producer Title applicants that do not have the state codes of KY and MA in the business address will not be eligible to apply.

  • Insurance Producer Title applicants that do not have the state codes of KY or MA in the business address will not be eligible to renew.

  • Insurance Producer Motor Vehicle Road Service applicants that do not have the state codes of ME, FL, TX, IA, NJ, MA, IL, OH, VT in the business address will not be eligible to renew.

  • Insurance Producer Credit applicants that do not have the state codes of ME in the business address will not be eligible to renew.

  • Applicants with a status reason of revoked or suspended will not be allowed to apply electronically.

  • If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via mail, email, or fax.
