Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit adjuster renewals for individuals electronically.
- Submit renewals for Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) electronically.
- Late renew through NIPR's Resident Adjuster Renewal (NRAR) Application.
- Print license electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit adjuster renewals for business entities electronically.
Business Rules
Expiration date is the first day of the birth month, in alternating years.
- If birth year is odd, renewal expiration date will be the first day of the birth month of each odd year.
- If birth year is even, renewal expiration date will be the first day of the birth month of each even year.
Electronic late renewals are allowed up to one (1) year past license expiration date. After one (1) year, the applicant must reinstate through NIPR's Non-Resident Adjuster License (NRAL) Application.
Voluntary surrendered and inactive licenses must apply as new through NIPR's Non-Resident Adjuster License (NRAL) Application
Renewal Periods
- Expiration date is the first day of the birth month, in alternating years.

- Renewal Period: Ninety (90) days prior to expiration.
