Fees shown are state fees only. These fees do not include NIPR transaction fees.

  • All fees are Per application.
  • Applicant may reinstate license electronically up to thirty (30) days past expiration. After thirty (30) days applicant will no longer be eligible to reinstate electronically.

Rules and Regulations

Applicant Can

  • Submit renewals for individuals electronically.
  • Print license electronically.
  • Late renew through NIPR's Non-Resident No Home State Renewal Application.

Business Rules

  • If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions, please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via mail, email, or fax.

  • Applicant must not have an active resident state license on PDB in any state.

  • Public Adjuster applicants must be compliant with Continuing Education (CE). If applicant is not CE compliant the transaction will not be allowed.

  • Renewal will not be allowed following the license expiration date. Applicant must submit through initial licensing application.

  • P.O. Box or PMB (Private Mailbox) cannot be used in the residence or business address fields.
    • P.O. Box or PMB (Private Mailbox) are permitted in the mailing address field only.
