Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit renewals for business entities electronically.
- Submit renewals for major lines of authority.
- Submit renewals for limited lines of authority.
- Print Licenses Electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit partial renewals.
Business Rules
Variable Products line of authority applicants must supply the FINRA CRD number on application and hold Life line of authority on the resident Georgia license.
At least one (1) Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) must be provided on application and must have an active resident license in Georgia. Please see exclusions under DRLP Requirements below.
The DRLP(s) must cumulatively cover all LOAs requested on the application. The LOA must be active on the DRLP(s) license.
Every non us citizen must provide a signed, notarized copy of the Citizenship Affidavit Form and a copy of one secure and verifiable identification document uploaded.
If applicant responds "yes" to any of the background questions supporting documents must be electronically uploaded via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse.
Applicants must submit all required documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse before the application can be processed.
