Applicant Can
- Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB).
- Submit DHS contact change request (no resident state license on PDB).
- Submit change to state code of residence address (non-resident only).
- Submit change to state code of business address (non-resident only).
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (non-resident only).
- Submit Email Changes.
- Submit Phone number Changes.
Applicant Cannot
- Track counties.
- Submit change to state code of residence address (resident only).
- Submit change to state code of business address (resident only).
- Change to state code of mailing address (resident only).
Business Rules
Address must match respective resident/home state license address.
P.O. Box allowed for business and mailing addresses only.
For insurance producers holding a non-resident license in this state: Changes to the state of an address from what is on file is not allowed, as this may necessitate a change in resident status (contact the state’s department of insurance to make such changes).
Submitted residence address must match residence address for resident/home state license or a Contact Change Request for resident/home state license must be submitted concurrently.
Non-Resident Colorado licensees cannot have a resident address within the state. Please contact the state if you are changing the resident address within the jurisdiction.
Resident of Colorado licensees must maintain a resident address within the state. Please contact the state if you are changing the resident address outside of the jurisdiction.
