Applicant Can
- Submit renewals for business entities electronically.
- Late renew through NIPR's Non-Resident Renewal No Home State Application.
- Print license electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit renewals for limited lines of authority.
- Submit Partial renewals. Must renew all lines of authority.
Business Rules
Applicant must provide a Business address that is not in the state of Arkansas.
Applicants must not have an active resident state license on PDB in any state
DRLP's are not required.
Applicant cannot renew earlier than 90 days prior to license expiration date.
Arkansas will allow reinstatements (late renewals) through No Home State Renewals if the license status is active and within 1 year after the license expiration date or if the license is Inactive with Expired or '.' status reason and is within 1 year after the license expiration date and LOA status date.
No partial renewals are allowed. Applicant must renew all lines actively held in Arkansas that are offered electronically through NIPR.
Arkansas does not have a renewal grace period. The renewal is due on the expiration date of the license.
All NHS applications will defer.
