Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB)
- Submit contact change request for applicants with no resident state license on PDB
- Submit Email Changes
- Submit Phone number Changes
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Non resident Only)*
- Submit change to state code of business address (Non resident Only)*
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non resident Only)*
Applicant Cannot
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Resident License Only)
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Resident License Only)
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (Resident License Only)
- Tracks counties
Business Rules
*Address must match respective resident/home state license address.
PO Boxes and PMB (Private Mailbox) are only permitted to be used for the Mailing address.
CCR transactions are allowed for licenses that are Active or Inactive.
Applicant's AZ license must not have the following status reasons:
- Deceased (PDB Code 23)
- Military (PDB Code 1528)
For resident Arizona licensee: Applicant will not be allowed to change the state code of the Residence address to any state other than Arizona.
For resident Arizona licensee: Applicant will not be allowed to change the state code of the business address
For resident Arizona licensee: Applicant will be allowed to change the state code of the mailing address
Resident Arizona licensees must maintain a residence and business address in Arizona
Non-Resident Arizona licensees will be allowed to change the state code for all address types (residence, business and mailing) as long as it matches what the resident state is reporting to the Producer Database (PDB).
For non-resident Arizona licensees, the residence and/or business addresses must not be in the state of Arizona
All instances of phone number must be a valid 10 digit phone number (extensions are allowed)
