State Penalty Fee: $50
- NIPR will collect the penalty fee in CCR if the address change is over 30 calendar days. Calculated based upon the effective date of the address change entered by the insurance producer in CCR.

Submit Contact Change Request applications for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB)
Submit Contact Change Request applications for Designated Home State licenses (no resident state license on PDB)
Submit changes to the business and resident email addresses.
Submit changes to the phone number.
Submit change to state code of residence address (Non-Resident Applicants)*
Submit change to state code of business address (Non-Resident Applicants)*
Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non-Resident Applicants)*

Online license printing information can be found by going to NIPR's license print page and selecting the state.
Individual applicants must supply residence or business address in Alabama.
P.O. Box is allowed for business or mailing address.
P.O. Box is not allowed for residence address.
Effective date is required and may not be in the future.
Applicant's Alabama license record must be in active status on PDB for a contact change request (CCR) transaction to be submitted.
