NIPR Releases 2024 Annual Report

The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) released its 2024  Annual Report and Financial Statements, reflecting a year of transformative growth.

As NIPR embarked on the first year of its three-year strategic plan, Shaping Our Future, 2024 saw milestones in revenue, transactional volume, product innovation, and internal development. The report highlights a record-high 138.4% increase in the number of transactions over the last five years.

“Last year, we surpassed our previous achievements across key benchmarks—from transactions processed to enhanced customer experience and from technology and product innovation to the development of our people strategy,” said NIPR CEO Karen Stakem Hornig. “As we continue to grow, the key to our success is that we never lose sight of our mission of providing cost-effective, streamlined, and uniform licensing data and compliance services for insurance professionals.”

Other areas of growth reported include:

  • 138.5 million transactions, a 33.6% year-over-year increase.
  • 8.9 million producer records in NIPR’s database, an increase of 2.4% over 2023.
  • Processed $1.37 billion in state fees, up 7% from 2023.
  • The Customer Service team served the largest number of producers in its history.
