Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit renewals for individuals electronically.
- Print License Electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit renewals for major lines of authority.
- Submit renewals for limited lines of authority.
- Submit late renew through NIPR's Non-Resident Renewal No Home State Application.
Business Rules
Applicant must provide either the Residence or Business address that is not in the state of North Dakota.
Applicant must not have an active resident state license on PDB in any state.
Applicant must have an active equivalent license for the requested Line(s) of Authority in North Dakota.
Partial renewals are not allowed. All active lines must be renewed.
Renewals will not be allowed past license expiration date.
