Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit adjuster licenses for individuals electronically.
- Print licenses electronically.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit for Adjuster Designated Home State (ADHS) electronically.
- Submit partial renewals.
Business Rules
Applicant must have a renewable non-resident license in Maryland. If license is revoked or suspended, renewal is not allowed. Applicant must contact the state.
Maryland allows electronic reinstatements if the applicant's Maryland license has been expired more than one (1) year and one (1) day. Reinstatements are processed through NIPR's Non-Resident Adjuster License Application to reinstate.
Special Instructions
Renewal Periods
- If applicant's status is cancelled and it has been ninety (90) days or more since expiration date, applicant must use NIPR's Non-Resident Adjuster License Application to reinstate.
