Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB).
- Submit Email Changes.
- Submit Phone number Changes.
- Submit change to state code of residence address for resident individuals.
- Submit change to state code of residence address for non-resident individual only. Address must match respective resident/home state license address.
- Submit change to state code of business address non-residents only. Address must match respective resident/home state license address.
- Submit change to state code of mailing address non-residents. Address must match respective resident/home state license address.
- Submit change to state code of mailing address for residents.
Applicant Cannot
- Submit change to state code of business address for residents.
Business Rules
Applicant’s Maine license record must be in active status.
PO Box and Private Mailbox (PMB) are not permitted in the business address field.
Resident Maine individual licensee: P.O. Box is not allowed for individual residence addresses.
Resident Maine individual licensee: Applicant must maintain a residence and/or business address in Maine.
Resident Maine business entity licensee: Applicant must maintain a business address in Maine.
Non-Resident Maine individual licensee: Applicant’s residence and/or business address must not be in the state of Maine.
Non-Resident Maine business entity licensee: Applicant’s business address must not be in the state of Maine.
