- State Late Fee: $50
- Insurance Producers and Adjusters 31 or more days from the address change effective date
Rules and Regulations
Applicant Can
- Submit contact change request for any license on NIPR's Producer Database (PDB).
- Submit Email Changes.
- Submit Phone number Changes.
- Submit change to state code of business address (Resident Licensees).
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (Resident Licensees).
- Submit change to state code of residence address (Non-Resident Licensees).
- Submit change to state code of business address (Non-Resident Licensees).
- Submit change to state code of mailing address (Non-Resident Licensees).
Applicant Cannot
- Submit DHS contact change request (no resident state license on PDB).
- Track counties.
Business Rules
Address must match respective resident/home state license address.
P.O. Boxes are allowed for mailing addresses.
Applicant's Louisiana license record must be in an active status on PDB before a contact change request (CCR) transaction may be submitted.
Effective date is required on the CCR transaction.
Effective date may not be in the future.
