The NIPR does not maintain or process course completion data. Access to the renewal application is granted once the state electronically notifies the NIPR that you are CE compliant. We are unable to override the status. You may select your resident state name from the map on the following link: /map_continuing_education_requirements.htm to view your CE transcript and determine whether the state has updated your status to compliant in their system and on what date. It generally takes up to 72 hours from the compliance date for the status to be updated in our system.
Applicant cannot renew earlier than 120 days prior to license expiration date.

All renewals for the Consultant-Individual license class with the Property & Casualty or Life & Health line of authority requires a history of 3 years licensed as a Producer with Life & Health or Property & Casualty Line of Authority in Nebraska or another state.

Individual Surplus Lines renewal applicants must hold a Nebraska Producer license in order to apply for the Producer-Surplus Lines license class electronically.
The producer pre-need license is perpetual as long as they remain with the same seller.
Producer applicants must be continuing education (CE) compliant in order to renew, unless CE is not required for the line of authority (LOA).
Viatical Broker applicants must be CE compliant if applicant does not hold a Producer license with Life & Annuities line of authority.
Applicants will be allowed to late renew electronically if the license is less than 30 days past expiration date and the line of authority has a status reason of expired.
