RL Instructions
To successfully use NIPR's Resident License (RL) Application, you must:
- Make application for at least one Line of Authority as offered by the applicants Resident State participating in the NIPR Resident Licensing (RL) Application.
- Provide either the tax identification number of the licensee (SSN for individuals and FEIN for agencies) or the NPN if the licensee already has an NPN.
- Accept NIPR's Use Agreement.
- Use one of the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or electronic check.
