At least one (1) Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP) must be listed on the application and have an active resident or non-resident license in Wyoming.
Surplus lines broker firm applicants must list a DRLP that actively holds a surplus lines broker license in Wyoming.
Business entity licenses are perpetual (do not expire) and do not need to be renewed. Should the line become inactive applicants may reinstate the license through the non-resident licensing application. The following business entity license classes do not need to be renewed...

If applicant responds "yes" to one of the background questions please submit supporting documents electronically via NIPR's Attachments Warehouse. The documents may also be submitted to the state via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
A letter from the Motor Club Company on the company's letterhead stating that the applicant is authorized to represent the Motor Club in Wyoming, and whether it includes insurance, must be e-mailed to the Wyoming Department of Insurance at: email@example.com.
